說明：

  1. 受理對象
  2. 屆役男年齡(19歲當年1月1日起至36歲12月31日止)，同一年度內在臺累積停留未曾逾183天，且曾使用同本護照以僑民役男身分申請出國者。

Explanation：

  1. Eligible Applicants: (having used the same passport to apply for exit permits of overseas Chinese of conscription age)
  2. Men of conscription age (calculated from January 1st of applicant’s 19th birthday year till December 31st of applicant’s 36th birthday year) and have never stayed in Taiwan for more than 183 days within the same year.
